Good execution of garage opening design. No masonry lintel, just lightweight finish above opening.

Unsuccessful execution of garage design. 6-7 year old project. Rotting Tas Oak painted vertical panels against paved concrete surface. 15-20mm gap to concrete was used, however not advised.
